The main congress program in Baku features a variety of exciting activities, including signature IADS events designed to enrich your experience. In addition, both pre- and post-congress programmes are offered, allowing you to explore Azerbaijan beyond its vibrant capital. Before the congress, take part in a special pre-congress Training New Trainers (TNT) programme, introduced in line with this year’s capacity-building theme to equip participants with essential leadership and training skills. During the main congress, discover Baku’s rich heritage through visits to Qobustan and the Atəşgah Fire Temple, the Azerbaijan Carpet Museum, the iconic Heydar Aliyev Center, and a guided city tour. GENERAL ASSEMBLY

The General Assembly takes place over two days and brings together
representatives from member associations. It serves as the main decision-making body of IADS, where delegates from different countries meet to discuss plans and set future goals.

During the mid-year meeting, the GA also conducts the election for
the new President-Elect. Whether you’re representing your association or simply interested in learning more about how IADS works, being part of the General Assembly is an experience worth joining.

GALA NIGHTS

The Gala Nights feature both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, offering participants the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors in an engaging atmosphere. such evenings beautifully combine elegance with enjoyment featuring entertainment, networking, and celebration. The Closing Ceremony highlights a special certification segment for contest participants, adding a memorable finale to these remarkable nights.

Over two exciting days, attendees will take part in a diverse scientific program featuring interactive workshops and engaging lectures led by professionals from various specialties. Pre-CONGRESS 

TNT Training New Trainers
